Hello everyone!

I apologize for my abrupt absence since July. The stress of day trading, maintaining this blog, trying to reply to hundreds of emails, and being a stay-at-home dad simply burnt me out. As the old saying goes, “I bit off more than I could chew.”

This is my first year attempting to day trade on a full-time basis, and the mental exhaustion was much more than I anticipated. Therefore, I decided to take a step back and focus more on myself and my family. For about a month, I day traded for only 1-hour a day and took the rest of the time for myself and my family. Recently, I have started to ease back into trading more each day, but only in the morning. This schedule has been working a lot better for me and my mind is much more clear.

I’m still making progress toward my final goal of the year. I’m behind after taking somewhat of a break from trading, but I’ll do my best to accomplish it. I will be updating my blog on a weekly basis moving forward (every Friday), but I will not be providing detailed trades, order history, or monthly reports (you can still email if you’d like, but please keep your questions brief. I just don’t have the time to answer dozens of questions within a single email). I apologize if that’s disappointing to read, but again it’s just too much to maintain. If you are still interested in following my journey, I appreciate your support very much and I look forward to showing you my progress.

Thank you and take care!

Glad to see your back. Trading can definitely be mentally draining that can lead to physical exhaustion too. Take care of yourself and your family first and the trading will take care of itself. Good luck and looking forward to seeing your progress!
